WebJun 8, 2024 · For anyone running into the scan to email feature using Konica Minolta printers scanning to Office 365. After a lot of troubleshooting. I finally fixed my issue. I was able to resolve the issue by removing the device certificate. It is under Security tab, PKI settings, Device Certificate Setting, and delete the certificate.
