WebI managed to fix it by going into File > Settings in PyCharm, then under the Project settings, in Python Interpreter, hit the drop-down and select "Show All...". Then in the upper left side, hit the "-" to delete ALL the interpreters, and hit OK. Now add interpreter, local interpreter, and see if it works that way.
